The Silver Lake subdivision surrounds Lake Mary in North Columbus, Georgia. The mission of the Home Owners Association is to keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful.
Next HOA Quarterly Meeting: February TBD
In our last board meeting held on November 15th 2025, we discussed the budget and upcoming dues. We went over the status of neighborhood and homeowner yard maintenance. We also discussed board member statuses. Lastly, we discussed a Christmas house decoration contest and doing a potential food drive for the community. Feel free to contact the Board below for any questions.
In an emergency board meeting held on December 13th, 2025, we discussed the continuity of lawn service around the lake, voting in favor of continuing to have the HOA provide for care of public areas. We also discussed the payment of lawn service bills that were not sent due to clerical errors on the lawn company's side. We discussed inquiring about having the lake fountain moved back to a more central location by the neighborhood's lake service.
