Annual dues are $330, or $382 if the Special Assessment fee has not been paid, if paid by January 15. After that date, a late fee of $25 will be applied, bringing the total to $355 (or $407 if the Special Assessment fee remains unpaid). Resident invoices are scheduled to be sent out on December 15, 2024. If you wish to pay online using a credit or debit card, please note that a convenience fee of 3.39% will be added to the total.
